Disabled commands are deprecated should not be used by addons for custom commands.
Commands are entered on one line preceded by a "/", and are separated by a Line Feed (ASCII 010) character (as tested on a PC client).
Commands with multiple aliases are listed under the most expanded alias.
DISABLED - Command still exists, but does not function.
REMOVED - Removed completely from WoW, information is retained here for historical reference.
? - command has not been tested or fully confirmed, or requires further clarification.
